Registration Information

The registration fee for the 2026 NCGTS is $900 per person if paid before January 15, 2026. After that date, the fee increases to $1,000 until registration closes on February 20, 2026. 

Registration reserves your seminar seat and includes the following:

  • Single room, private bath at the Trinity Center in Salter Path
  • All required participant fees
  • 3 nights/4 days accommodation
  • 9 meals and daily refreshments (all food family style or buffet: TH supper – SUN lunch)
  • Day and evening seminar sessions
  • Pre-seminar reception on Thursday afternoon
  • Access to private beach
  • Access to seminar supplies

Steps to Register: Complete the online registration form and submit payment.

  1. Registration will open September 1, 2025
  2. Contact Sherrill Boyte at 910-693-2677 to pay with credit card by phone or send a check to her attention at: Sandhills Community College, 3395 Airport Road, Pinehurst, NC 28374

The North Carolina Great Teachers Seminar is run as a self supported event and hosted by Sandhills Community College in Pinehurst, North Carolina. NCGTS is not subsidized or financially supported by any organization, vendor, or educational institution aside from registration fees.
